Where are your storage buildings located?

We have two locations. 315 Fisher Ferry Street and 103 Foster Street in Thomasville, NC.
Where is your leasing office located?

Chace Properties is the management company for these storage units and we are located at 38 Trade Street in Thomasville.
When is Chace Properties open?

Chace Properties is open By Appointment Only. If you are interested in renting a storage unit, please call us at 336-475-3320 or send an email to: chacepropertiesnc@gmail.com and we will set up a time for you to fill out the necessary paperwork and gain access to the facility.
How long is the rental agreement term?

Our contracts are every month. When you move out of your unit, we ask you to give us a 7-day notice.
What about insurance for my goods?

Each tenant will be responsible for insuring their own personal property placed inside of their unit. The Property Owner or the Management Company does not provide any type of insurance which would protect the tenant's personal property from loss by fire, theft, or any other type of casualty loss.
Can I purchase a lock for my unit at Chace Properties?

No. We do not provide or sell locks for your units. The locks that you purchase, will be solely yours and you will be the only ones with access to them.
How do I pay my bill online?

Please find the tab on our website that says, "Make a Payment" There, you will need to set up an account and can pay through your online portal by credit card or ACH. You can also send us an email at: chacepropertiesnc@gmail.com and we can send you a sign up link directly to your email address.
Can I drop off my payment at the leasing office?

Yes! If you would prefer to pay at our office rather than online, you can put a Cashier's Check or Money Order with your name and unit number inside the slot on our front door at 38 Trade Street in Thomasville. Be sure to keep the stub attached to your check as your receipt of payment.
What size units are available?

Our units are approximately 5x12, 7x12 and 10x12. Please see the tab that says, "Storage Units" for pictures of each unit.
Is your facility open 24/7?

No, our storage facility access is only open from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Are your units climate controlled?

No, we are not responsible for humidity or temperature changes inside of the units due to the constant changes in humidity and temperature outside.
